Through our Job (contract) set-up screen, you can track sub-jobs, special contract pricing, track all documents to a job and allocate and schedule resources through the life of the job. You’ll see in real time (including payroll) the profitability associated with your jobs for customers. You’ll know which equipment units are profitable and which are a financial drag on your business.

The Field Ticket screen is a one-entry location that captures all labor, equipment and materials costs. Field
Ticket updates payroll, inventory and billing automatically. Work Order is a repair/maintenance screen managing the ongoing servicing of internal units and external units (both billable or under warranty).

The Rentals area is a comprehensive rental management tool. Through rental contracts, cycle billing and more, you can track all the most popular methods of rental management. When returned, units can be automatically scheduled for service/repair. The Labor Sheet allows you to capture all hours -- field, shop, administration or vacation -- and reflect this in payroll.

Moving to Dispatch, you can see quickly which people and units are available at any given time. You know
at a glance where everyone and every unit is working. Using approval procedures, open items and many of the features native to SAP® Business One, you control the flow of information through the system. Through the Crystal Reports functions, you can develop and manage your own reports.
