Quality Assurance, Calgary


Summary
Reporting to the Lead Developer, the successful candidate will bring a strong technical skill set combined with a proven track record of success to the position.  They will be self motivated, have excellent attention to detail, and be a strong communicator.

Responsibilities
 -    Provide quality assurance on both in house product development and

customization work for customers.

 -    Maintain an invoicable bill out rate of at least 25%.

 -    Ensure that 1 or less technical support issues caused by programmatical failure is reported per quarter.

 -    Create test plans and track software defects.

 -    Prepare and maintain test environments.

 -    Assist with technical support as required.

Skillset

Required Skills (MUST HAVE)
 -    Have an ability to pay exceptional attention to detail.

 -    Have strong organizational and prioritization skills.

 -    Familiarity with all facets of standard business practices and processes.

 -    Hands on experience and familiarity with both Microsoft SQL Server and SQL.

 -    Have received a Post Secondary Degree in Information Technology.

ERP Support Analyst, Calgary


Summary

Reporting to the Support Manager, the successful candidate will bring a strong technical skill set combined with a proven track record of success to the position.  They will be self motivated, have excellent attention to detail and problem solving, and be a strong communicator.

Responsibilities

 -    Record and track client reported issues or problems.

 -    Keep both internal staff and client contacts informed of progress on outstanding issues.

 -    Meet or exceed outlined turn around times.

 -    Maintain an invoicable bill out percentage of at least 50%.

Skillset

Required Skills (MUST HAVE)

 -    Strong internal and external communication skills.

 -    Excellent prioritization and organization skills.

Summary
Reporting to the ERP Project Manager, the successful candidate will bring a strong technical skill set, positive can do attitude, excellent communication and consulting ability and a proven track record of success to the position.  They will be self motivated, have excellent attention to detail, and be exceptional at managing client expectations and relationships.

Responsibilities
 -    Ensure that they achieve a personal invoicable bill out rate of no less than 82.5%.
 -    Perform hands-on delivery of no less than 1 fully completed project per quarter.
 -    Follow VistaVu’s 15 Step Implementation guidelines.
 -    Manage all assigned projects to successful on time on budget on quality completion.
 -       Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Skillset
Required Skills (MUST HAVE)
 -    At least 3 years experience in the Information Technology Industry in a consulting role.
 -    At least 1 year experience implementing ERP systems.
 -    Familiarity with all facets of standard business practices and processes.
 -    Hands on experience and familiarity with both Microsoft SQL Server and SQL.
 -    Experience managing client expectations and ensuring delivery of products and services to exacting specifications.
 -    A proven track record of on time on budget on quality delivery.
 -    Familiarity with standard systems analysis practices and processes combined with an ability to see the big picture to deliver accurate scoping documents and time estimates.

ERP Project Manager - Houston, TX


Located out of VistaVu Solutions' office in Houston, the ERP Project Manager will report directly to the Services Manager.  Key roles will include managing client expectations, gathering client requirements, implementing ERP software, scheduling resources and enforcing company policies and processes.

The successful candidate MUST have the following skills:

 -      At least 1 year experience with implementing ERP systems

 -      Familiarity with standard business practices and processes

 -      Hands on experience with SQL Server

 -      Experience with managing expectations and delivering to scope

 -      A proven track record of on time on budget on quality delivery in a leadership role

 -      Ability to Provide Accurate Scoping Documentation and Time    Estimates

 -      Have a High Attention to Detail Managing Multiple Simultaneous Projects       

 -      A Post Secondary Degree in Information Technology

 -      At least 5 years experience in the Information Technology Industry in a consulting role

 -      Able to build strong client relationships

A dynamic software company providing services to the Oil and Gas industry seeks a highly motivated person with strong communication and organization skills for a full time role to provide Tele-Marketing assistance to our sales force.


The role includes:
1)       Cold Calling (70%)
2)       Customer database management (15%)
3)       Marketing plan execution (15%)

Opportunity to earn over $40,000/annum.  Experience in enterprise software sales is a definite asset.  Must provide quantitative results on resume detailing past successes including: # of prospect calls per day; and # of prospects who were converted to qualified leads.
